Scandi Standard welcomes candidates to our third graduate program

Scandi Standard’s graduate program is a trainee and talent program aiming to attract young, talented and ambitious people to be part of and grow with Scandi Standard.

— As part of the program, you will get a broad network within Scandi Standard, you will be able to shape your career and you will grow as a person. Our former graduates also highlight the ability to rotate to different countries and to work in many fields of expertise, says Catja Risager.

Proactive graduates wanted

It is important that the graduates are proactive and dare to take their own steps, open doors, and look at things from other perspectives, says Jonas Tunestål, CEO at Scandi Standard:

— We want to find young people who will play an important role in building a future-proof company with one common and winning culture. The graduate program is part of us being “One Scandi Standard”.

A broader program in 2023

The first Scandi Standard graduate program was planned in 2018 and welcomed its first eight participants in 2019. In 2020, six additional talented young people took part in the program. And then came Covid-19 and financial cost savings.

— Due to the break, we have been able to evaluate the first two rounds in more detail and we have been adjusting the set-up – it’s now a broader program with many different roles in several areas of the business. We, as an organisation, is also more ready to welcome new participants, says Catja Risager.

Application open until January 31st

The application period is now open. For 2023, Scandi Standard has seven open graduate roles. Each role will be based in a specific country, and all participants will spend at least one rotation of the program abroad at one of Scandi Standard’s other sites.
