In the beginning of September eight new members of Scandi Standard started their new position as graduates. The program is Scandis first professional trainee program and is in line with Scandi Standards strategy to attract tomorrow’s competence and build future leaders.
The graduate program will have a duration of two years and includes three rotations of eight months in at least two countries. During the time as a graduate they will visit several production sites to get to know the production throughout the organisation. The graduates are expected to contribute in various projects which will hopefully help efficiency and productivity throughout the entire group.
– I believe this is a powerful way for us to build a leadership pipeline and learn from a new generation of leaders and get their views on how we can improve in line with our vision, mission and values, says Leif Bergvall Hansen, CEO, Scandi Standard.
